The DWDM equipments purchased in open tender at BSNL are mainly of United Telecoms Limited ( UTL) ) make, which was declared lowest cost in competitive bidding. Rest DWDM equipments are from Huawei. The SDH equipments are mainly from Tejas Networks, Huawei, ZTE, ECI, UT STAR etc.
